Neighborhoods
NCBC Gulfport Homes is comprised of seven distinct neighborhoods and serves Active Duty military personnel stationed at Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport. Select neighborhoods are also open to other qualified applicants, as indicated below. Magnolia I

The Magnolia I neighborhood offers two, three and four-bedroom homes featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, central air, garage, covered patio and fenced-in back yard. Residents in Magnolia I are conveniently located near the base’s main gate and enjoy the community pool, multiple playgrounds and a basketball court located in the neighborhood.
